Conrad Ford attended Salesforce World Tour London, and in between sessions he spoke to Adelina Rusu about the early days of Funding Options.
Conrad also talked about what Open Banking could mean for the financial services industry in the UK:
“What we're talking about is a world where small businesses or consumers actually take control of their data and it empowers them. For fintech companies like us, that means that we will suddenly get access to the 'crown jewels' in terms of customer understanding...it's going to transform the industry.”
