Conrad offers advice to anyone considering joining a startup or scaleup business, including why failure can be a good thing and how adaptability is a great strength.

“To survive and to make a startup work, you need to be like a motor boat. You need to take advantage of the fact you can whiz around and change course...So getting it wrong and failing fast is really important.”
