Ombudsman could help more businesses

Small business advisers have expressed cautious support for increasing the scope of the Financial Ombudsman Service, says James Hurley in The Times (subscription required).

Funding Options has lobbied for years to allow more SMEs to complain, so more small businesses have an alternative to taking costly and lengthy cases through the justice system.
